COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PART A — COMPETITION SCHEDULE

1. Competition Name

Revheads Free $2,500 Detailing Kit Giveaway (Competition).

2. Promoter

Rev Heads Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 667 651 452) (Promoter) of Level 6, 150 George Street, Parramatta NSW 2150.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals who:

(a) are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry;

(b) ordinarily reside in an eligible Territory specified in clause 6;

(c) satisfy all Entry Requirements set out in clause 4; and

(d) are not an employee of the Promoter or an immediate family member of an employee of the Promoter.

Entry is completely free. No purchase, payment or paid Revheads membership is required to enter or win.

4. How to Enter

To receive one (1) valid entry into the Competition, an eligible Entrant must complete all of the following during the Competition Period:

(a) follow @revheadsaus on Instagram;

(b) tag one (1) genuine friend in the comments of the designated Revheads Competition post;

(c) share the designated Competition post using Instagram’s available sharing functionality; and

(d) visit www.revheadsaus.com.au, complete the designated Competition entry/checkout process for $0.00, and provide their correct:

* full name;
* mobile telephone number; and
* email address.

All Entry Requirements must be completed during the Competition Period.

No payment will be charged for entry.

5. Maximum Entries

A maximum of one (1) entry per person is permitted.

Entrants must not attempt to obtain additional entries by using multiple names, email addresses, telephone numbers, social-media accounts or other methods.

Duplicate entries may be removed by the Promoter.

6. Eligible Territories

Entry is open to eligible residents of Australia, excluding South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory.

7. Competition Period

The Competition opens at:

10:00am AEST on 10 September 2026

and closes at:

8:00pm AEST on 25 September 2026.

Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.

8. Prize

There will be one (1) Prize consisting of a vehicle detailing package with an advertised total value of approximately $2,500 AUD.

The Prize includes:

* One (1) BigBoi pressure washer;
* One (1) BigBoi Enthusiast wet and dry vacuum;
* One (1) BigBoi vacuum bracket;
* One (1) 4-litre Orsen Solutions Fabric Cleaner;
* One (1) 4-litre Orsen Solutions Degreaser;
* One (1) 4-litre Orsen Solutions Glass Cleaner;
* One (1) 4-litre Orsen Solutions Bubble & Wax;
* One (1) 4-litre Orsen Solutions Tyre Shine;
* One (1) 4-litre Orsen Solutions Brake Dust Cleaner;
* One (1) 4-litre Orsen Solutions Leather Cleaner;
* Two (2) Trojan buckets;
* One (1) Vonixx brush kit;
* One (1) Ryobi fold-out table; and
* Detailing rags.

The total advertised Prize value is approximately $2,500 AUD. Actual retail prices may vary.

The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not redeemable for cash.

The Prize may not be transferred or exchanged for another product or service except with the Promoter’s written agreement.

If a particular Prize component becomes unavailable for circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may, subject to applicable law, substitute that component with an item of reasonably equivalent value.

9. Number of Winners

There will be one (1) Winner.

10. Draw

All valid entries received during the Competition Period will be included in the draw.

The Winner will be selected at random using an electronic random-selection method.

The draw will take place at approximately:

8:30pm AEST on 25 September 2026

at:

Level 6, 150 George Street, Parramatta NSW 2150.

The Promoter intends to conduct and/or announce the draw via Facebook Live.

The Winner does not need to be watching the Facebook Live broadcast at the time of the draw to be eligible to win.

11. Winner Announcement and Notification

The Winner will be announced via the Promoter’s Facebook Live broadcast.

The Promoter may also announce the Winner through its website and other Revheads social-media accounts.

The Promoter will contact the Winner using the email address and/or mobile telephone number provided with the Winner’s entry.

The Winner’s name may be published for the purpose of announcing the Competition result.

12. Winner Verification

Before awarding the Prize, the Promoter may require the Winner to provide reasonable evidence of:

(a) identity;

(b) age;

(c) residential address;

(d) completion of the Entry Requirements; and

(e) compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

If the selected Winner cannot establish their eligibility or their entry is found to be invalid, the Promoter may disqualify that entry and conduct a redraw in accordance with applicable law.

13. Prize Delivery

The Promoter will arrange delivery of the Prize to the Winner’s nominated Australian address.

The Promoter will pay reasonable standard delivery costs associated with delivering the Prize to the Winner.

The Prize will be delivered within twenty-eight (28) business days after the Winner’s eligibility and delivery information have been confirmed, or within another reasonable timeframe agreed between the Promoter and Winner.

The Winner is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Once the Prize has been dispatched using the information supplied by the Winner, the Promoter will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect information supplied by the Winner.

PART B — GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participation

14. Acceptance of Terms

Information contained in Part A forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

By entering the Competition, each Entrant is deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

15. Free Entry

Entry into this Competition is free.

Entrants are not required to purchase any product, service, package or Revheads membership in order to enter or win.

16. Valid Entries

All Entry Requirements must be completed during the Competition Period.

Entries are deemed received when successfully recorded by the Promoter’s Competition systems.

The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are not successfully received because of technical problems, internet connectivity, social-media platform issues or incorrect information provided by an Entrant.

17. Entry Information

Entrants are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted as part of their entry is accurate and complete.

Providing false, misleading or materially incorrect information may result in disqualification.

WINNER AND PRIZE

18. Random Selection

The Winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.

19. Awarding the Prize

The Prize will only be awarded to the individual named in the selected valid entry, subject to verification of eligibility.

20. Unclaimed Prize

The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the Winner using the details supplied with their entry.

If the Prize remains unclaimed following the applicable claim period, or the Winner cannot establish their eligibility, the Promoter may conduct a redraw in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

Any redraw will be conducted randomly from the remaining valid eligible entries.

21. Redraw Winner

A redraw Winner will be contacted using the email address and/or mobile telephone number provided with their entry.

The redraw Winner may also be announced through the Promoter’s website and social-media accounts.

22. Prize Condition

The Prize is provided on an “as is” basis, subject to any consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Product photographs used in advertising the Competition are intended to represent the Prize.

The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the products awarded correspond with the advertised Prize description.

23. Third-Party Products

The Prize contains products manufactured and/or supplied by third-party brands.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the inclusion of a third-party product in the Prize does not mean that the relevant third party sponsors, endorses or administers the Competition.

24. Delivery Information

Where reasonably necessary to deliver the Prize, the Winner authorises the Promoter to provide relevant contact and delivery information to couriers, suppliers and other service providers involved in Prize fulfilment.

PERSONAL INFORMATION AND MARKETING

25. Collection of Personal Information

Entrants are required to provide their name, email address and mobile telephone number as part of the Competition entry process.

The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.

Personal information may be disclosed to contractors, technology providers, prize suppliers, delivery providers and other service providers where reasonably necessary to administer the Competition and deliver the Prize.

26. Marketing Communications

Where an Entrant provides consent to receive marketing communications, the Entrant agrees that Rev Heads Australia Pty Ltd may use their email address and/or mobile telephone number to send information relating to:

* Revheads giveaways and competitions;
* promotions and special offers;
* Revheads products and services;
* events;
* partner promotions; and
* other Revheads marketing communications.

Marketing communications may be sent by email and/or SMS.

Entrants may unsubscribe or withdraw their marketing consent at any time using an unsubscribe facility provided in the relevant communication or by contacting the Promoter.

Withdrawing marketing consent after entering the Competition will not invalidate an otherwise valid Competition entry.

SOCIAL MEDIA

27. Social Media Disclaimer

This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta or any other social-media platform on which the Competition is advertised.

28. Release of Social Media Platforms

To the maximum extent permitted by law, each Entrant releases Instagram, Facebook, Meta and other relevant social-media platforms from liability arising from or relating to the administration of the Competition.

29. Social Media Entry Requirements

Entrants must not:

(a) use fake or automated social-media accounts;

(b) use multiple social-media accounts to circumvent the one-entry-per-person limit;

(c) use bots, scripts or automated systems to enter;

(d) tag an account owned or controlled by themselves in order to satisfy the tagging requirement; or

(e) otherwise manipulate or attempt to manipulate the Competition entry process.

The tagged person must be a genuine person known to the Entrant.

DISQUALIFICATION AND COMPETITION INTEGRITY

30. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any Entrant who the Promoter reasonably believes has:

(a) breached these Terms and Conditions;

(b) submitted more than one entry;

(c) provided false or misleading information;

(d) used multiple identities or accounts;

(e) used automated entry methods;

(f) tampered or attempted to interfere with the Competition;

(g) engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct; or

(h) otherwise attempted to obtain an unfair advantage.

31. Verification

The Promoter may request reasonable evidence from an Entrant or Winner to verify compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

Failure to provide reasonable requested evidence may result in an entry being declared invalid.

COMPETITION ADMINISTRATION

32. Events Outside the Promoter’s Control

If the Competition cannot be conducted substantially as intended because of circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, including:

* technical failures;
* cyber incidents;
* social-media outages;
* fraud or tampering;
* natural disasters;
* government restrictions;
* transportation disruption;
* supply-chain disruption; or
* other Force Majeure Events,

the Promoter may modify, suspend, postpone or cancel the Competition to the extent permitted by applicable law.

33. Changes

Where a material change is required, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to notify Entrants, including by publishing updated information through its Website and/or social-media accounts where appropriate.

LIABILITY

34. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

35. Limitation of Liability

Subject to clause 34 and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for loss or damage arising from:

(a) late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries;

(b) internet, website, software or social-media platform failures;

(c) incorrect information supplied by an Entrant;

(d) unauthorised interference with the Competition;

(e) failure of a Winner to receive communications because incorrect contact information was provided;

(f) delivery delays outside the Promoter’s reasonable control; or

(g) circumstances otherwise outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.

36. Tax

The Promoter is not responsible for any tax liability that may arise from receiving the Prize.

Entrants and the Winner should obtain their own financial or taxation advice where appropriate.

FORCE MAJEURE

37. Force Majeure Event

A Force Majeure Event means an event outside the reasonable control of the Promoter that prevents or materially delays performance of the Promoter’s obligations, including natural disaster, fire, flood, severe weather, pandemic, war, civil disturbance, government action, industrial action, telecommunications failure, major technology failure, transportation disruption or supply-chain interruption.

38. Effect of Force Majeure

If a Force Majeure Event affects the Competition or delivery of the Prize, the Promoter will use reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable.

Where appropriate, the Promoter will communicate material delays or changes to affected Entrants and/or the Winner.

GENERAL

39. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Subject to any rights available under applicable law, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts.

40. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be read down to the extent necessary.

If it cannot be read down, it will be severed without affecting the remaining provisions.

41. No Waiver

A failure by the Promoter to enforce any right under these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right.

42. Correction of Errors

The Promoter may correct genuine administrative, formatting or typographical errors in these Terms and Conditions, subject to applicable law and provided that doing so does not unfairly prejudice Entrants.

43. Availability of Terms

These Terms and Conditions will be made available through www.revheadsaus.com.au during the Competition Period.
